Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Easy Keep Pro (the Service). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Purpose of the Service
Easy Keep Pro is a purpose-specific personal financial recordkeeping service. Users tell the Service about their own financial events, and the Service helps record, organise, calculate, retrieve and remind them about those records.
The Service may use artificial intelligence for limited supporting functions such as interpreting a user-submitted instruction, transcription, classification or structured extraction. Easy Keep Pro is not a general-purpose chatbot, general-purpose artificial intelligence assistant, search engine or open-ended content-generation service.
2. Supported Functions
The Service may support functions such as:
- recording income and expenses;
- recording loans, repayments and related balance movements;
- organising user-provided financial facts and notes;
- retrieving a user's own saved records;
- processing supported text, voice, image or receipt inputs for recordkeeping purposes; and
- providing requested confirmations, reminders, summaries or reports.
Available functions may vary by development stage, account, channel and location. A function is available only when Easy Keep Pro expressly makes it available.
3. Not Financial, Legal or Professional Advice
Easy Keep Pro is a recordkeeping and organisation tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal or other professional advice. Records, calculations and generated responses should be reviewed by the user before being relied upon for important decisions.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide information that you are authorised to submit;
- check the accuracy of your instructions, confirmations and resulting records;
- respond to clarification requests when an instruction is ambiguous or incomplete;
- protect access to your messaging and Easy Keep Pro accounts;
- use the Service only for lawful personal or authorised business purposes; and
- avoid attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, abuse or compromise the Service or another user's information.
You must not use Easy Keep Pro to obtain general-purpose AI answers, generate unrelated content, impersonate another person, transmit unlawful material or process information in violation of another person's rights.
5. Messaging Channels
When the Service is accessed through WhatsApp or another third-party channel, your use of that channel remains subject to the provider's terms, privacy policy, availability and technical limitations. Easy Keep Pro does not control those third-party services.
You authorise Easy Keep Pro to receive messages that you intentionally send to the Service and to send replies, confirmations, clarification requests, reminders or requested reports that are related to the Service.
6. Automated Processing and Confirmations
Automated interpretation may be imperfect. Easy Keep Pro may reject an instruction, request clarification or place an item in a confirmation state when required information is missing, ambiguous or inconsistent. A response should not be treated as confirmation of a successful business write unless the Service states that the record was committed.
Voice transcription is intended to preserve the user's spoken content. If a transcription or proposed action is inconsistent with the submitted content, the Service may require user confirmation and refrain from writing a business record.
7. Data and Privacy
Our processing of personal information is described in the Easy Keep Pro Privacy Policy. You retain responsibility for the information you choose to submit and for ensuring that its use is lawful.
8. Service Changes and Availability
We may maintain, update, limit, suspend or discontinue part of the Service when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, compliance or product development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
9. Suspension or Termination
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security risk, abuse, material breach of these Terms or requirements imposed by a messaging or infrastructure provider. Users may stop using the Service at any time and may submit a data request under the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an as is and as available basis. We do not warrant that every interpretation, transcription, extraction, classification, calculation or reminder will be complete or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Easy Keep Pro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, applicable law or provider requirements. Updated Terms will be published at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
